New Online SupportDesk coming soon

Social Change Online is introducing a new online SupportDesk service for clients. The service provides clients with the ability to submit and track support requests at any time (24/7) via a web interface. It provides a convenient communication point between Social Change Online support staff and clients.

The new look SupportDesk provides clients with:

  • Online request submission and tracking
  • A list of current requests
  • Comprehensive search facilities
  • Account Reporting with real-time pre-paid support hours tracking
  • Automatic email notification of updates

The online SupportDesk has been developed to take advantage of the power of AIMS4 to link directly with our internal support system. This allows us to provide efficient end-to-end management of client requests.
