Solution Consultant - Government Accounts

This role is responsible for selling web content management based solutions into government markets. Key responsibilities are to manage existing client relationships and to generate new business. The role will suit a professional with a very strong understanding of web content management based solutions gained either through account management or project manager/producer/consultant experience.

Key Responsibilities - Manage existing accounts to ensure maximum client satisfaction and on-going business
- Generate new business
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities
- Oversee the delivery of service to accounts
Essential Requirements- At least 4 years experience in web based solutions
- Demonstrated experience with content management system solutions
- Vision for the web as a tool for communication, empowerment, organisation, engagement and service delivery
- Professional style
- Excellent communication skills
- Structured and organised approach
- Ethical business principles and values
- Commitment to social change and understanding of social issues
Desirable Requirements- Account management experience preferably in Government account
- Project Management/Producer/Consultant experience
- Knowledge of Australian Government standards for web metadata, accessibility etc.
- Knowledge of web mapping solutions
