  • Incorporating 'brand' and projecting your own voice.

  • How to create e-newsletters and emails that don't get deleted
  • Executing effective online marketing campaigns
3 - 3.15pm Afternoon tea
3.15 - 4.30pm
  • Website spotlight - get your own website critiqued by the course leader and the group.
  • Discussion and action plan - put what you've learnt into action!
